for building and supporting a rapidly growing Linux/Solaris
environment.
This is a break out opportunity for an avid technologist to be an
instrumental member of a brilliant systems engineering team. While

We are looking for true hobbyists !!
* Required Skills:
As a Sr. Linux Administrator:
You will be involved in all aspects of systems engineering and
administration. You will have core responsibilities for management of
the production and corporate infrastructure as it pertains to
Unix/Linux/Networking.
This includes performing:
o Systems Administration, Design, Analysis, Implementation, and
Troubleshooting
o TCP/IP and Networking
o Backups and Restorations
o Security and High Availability
o Unattended Installation (jumpstart/kickstart)
o Building and maintaining Monitoring Infrastructure (Nagios, SNMP,
etc.)
o Storage Systems (EMC, NAS/SAN)
o Security Devices (Checkpoint, PIX, nmap, snort, etc)
o Experience with RedHat preferred, knowledge of Solaris is also
necessary.
You will also be cross trained in other areas of Systems
Engineering like RDBMS (Oracle), Windows, Enterprise Application
Support, etc.
Financial services experience is NOT necessary for this person to be
successful, but a willingness and desire to learn it is.
