The Plumbers have a better Union and IT guys are wacked in that they
actually believe that their interests are best served without
organization or accreditation.  Of course about 200,000,000 Indians have
put a dent in that optimism and turning 35 and having children can put a
real face on the economic costs of not being organized.

But fear not, most of the Chinese labor force has not yet targeted your
job or business.
