I've found free hosting services to be the pits. I tried free services
years ago and it was rock bottom hell. Totally unreliable and subject to
change without notice. And I tried several different ones. 

Best  bet, even if its a bare minimal simple project go with a paid
service. Some of them are relatively inexpensive, $9.00 - $10.00/month.
But from my experience free hosting generally sucks.
