You should apply again.  Even if they passed on you the first time
around, I know they want to hear from you now.

Oh, and for you Google people listening, perhaps you can send some
feedback about your jobs application.  Those URLs your system spits out
are truly nasty.  They contain spaces, and they wrap in email.  No good
will come from it.  (and yes, I know ours are almost as bad, we're going
to fix that as well)
