  I convinced a W32/Mac company to move to Subversion from Visual Source
  Safe. You should be prepared to install Subversion on an existing w32
  box, and as VSS plugins, using the best blend of FLOSS & proprietary
  tools, and migrate a small VSS repository.

  You should be practiced enough at this, to know what works, and is not
  feasible. Starts ASAP, as a contract that should not exceed 1 day,
  excluding any followup support. No benefits; should have authorized
  work status.
