One more thought on this issue.  The bubble-era is over, and nothing
like it likely to debut in your working-years.

That said, you can hardly look around our little NYLUG world without
seeing headhunters.  They're all over us lately (this year to date)  The
reason why is simple... too many unfilled jobs, not enough people that
want those jobs.  The Robert Half people we met last week have 3 jobs
they can't fill.  Google's still trying to fill their positions.

Are the companies involved being too picky?  Perhaps.  But all signs are
that this is a seller's market, which is good for you, because in this
case, you're the seller.
