The last SiS card *I* remember usinghad 4mb ram.... but NewEgg has 2 of them, 
both under $20, that are 64mb & AGP... so I would guess not too horribly long 
ago.  I think now its only integrated video.

Though doing a bit of searching, I've found that SiS has a number of multi-GPU 
cards out there, but they are actually geared for security applications, 
which I found interesting.
