[nylug-talk] road-runner + linuxOnly + wireless AP

I have had intermitten problems with it grabbing and IP address, sometimes
it will grab a 192.168 IP address, so I run an ifdown, power off the cable
modem, then run an ifup and power the modem up right away. The linux box
tries to pull a DHCP address and the modem starts to come up looking to
distribute an IP address. This may take a few attempt, but usually solves
the problem of my linux box getting a RR IP address.
