Paul,
I tried connecting my linux system to a friend's RR service. She has a
cable modem with one ethernet connector which was connected to her WinPC
until the WinPC died. I tried connecting my linux system but couldn't get
an IP out of the cable modem.

I tried local reset. How can I get RR to reset the cable modem remotely?
What is the procedure?

Tom
