RR does not do any kind of authentication and it does not lock your 
service to a specific MAC address, i.e. you don't need to do any kind 
of MAC address spoofing and you can change routers as often as you 
wish.  If you change devices all you need to do is power-cycle the 
cable modem.

This is my experience with a client who had "business" RR.  YMMV.
