Hi,
I have Verizon DSL, using it with linux is no problem. It gave me a DSL
modem that input an rj-11 and output plain ole rj-45 ethernet. The box
has a 192.1.0.1 address with a web interface for configurations. But
the only problem was sign up and configuration: They demanded I use the
included windows cd and refused my many attempts to get a user/pass word
that are needed to setup the DSL modem. So I borrowed a laptop with
windows, did the install and then went back to using linux a second
after I setup everthing.
Cheers,
Kev
