[nylug-talk] bandwidth exchange? (as opposed to monthly commit)

Looking to move to add another carrier for redundancy. We currently have
two connections, and are shopping around for a third.

The suggestion came up that we should go with a "bandwidth exchange"
where you only pay for what you use. It sounds good, but I'd like to
check out what your experience with providers like that have been.
