[nylug-talk] Shell Script Comment Documentation

I was wondering if there were tools out there that do automatic 
documentation of shell scripts. Basically I am looking for something 
like POD for shell scripts. I would like to have general descriptions, 
as well as tags, like Author, etc. I realize this would be pretty simple 
to bang together a simple version, but I was wondering if there was 
something established.
