I for one am signing up the for class.  It's on topic, it's very useful.

Alex has been for the past several years, one of the most helpful people 
on the nylug list. He is knowledgeable, honest, a little brusque, and a 
credit to our community.  He always gives good advice, from the trenches.

Damian Conway is a hero among Perl hackers, and I've attended two of his 
free classes.

You're new here, and your previous post was very good.  Please get to 
know your audience, or appeal to the list manager with a QUESTION if you 
think a post is off topic.
