 From the website:

1 Train – to Houston St.; walk north two blocks to Leroy St. (St. Luke's 
Place).

BDFV, ACE – to West Fourth St., (use Third St. exit); walk west to 
Seventh Ave. South, right turn onto Leroy St. (St. Luke's Place).


 From my experience, from W 4th: Walk north/west to the wacky 
intersection with W4th, 6th Ave and Cornelia St, then W on Cornelia St, 
jog left across Bleecker, and then you're on Leroy Street
