Absolutely. 15 people working out of their houses with sourceforge
hosting their CVS is basically the opposite of "enterprisey", no matter
how good the software itself ends up being.

There are flaws with this comparison: "open-source based" most certainly
does not mean "open source"; Google doesn't make money selling products
that fit into a large standard API like J2EE; Google doesn't define a
large standard API like J2EE, either; In fact, Google makes its money
displaying ads on websites.
