Hi,

Can you possibly give us any less technical information about what you
have tried to do, so our mind-reading abilities would be fully 
challenged?

It is not enough to omit the brand of the card, or whether the card was
detected by pcmcia core, or whether the USB device node was created, or
the dmesg after inserting. Even mentioning that your host device was moxa
and it was running 2.4.19 was way too much information!
