That would naturally be the case, dumping Oracle is a long term plan
and of course
I would have to get major players on board.  But thats besides the
point of this thread.

Thats not a compulsive enough reason to keep php, but if this is the
only tool availabe it reason
enough to create a tool.  But this too is besides the point of this thread.
