I was thinking more if someone incorrectly assumed they were able to  
hold copyright and control distribution of a piece of code they  
contribute -- for instance, if they misunderstood their employment  
contract (from what I hear, some employers make claims on any work  
you do during your term of employment, eek!). Good point, though.
