The only thing I can think of offhand is footer and sig detection, and
perhaps removal of repeating blank lines.  This might actually make
using my cellphone slightly less trying, but probably not enough to make
it a pleasant experience.  I had a feeling Treo/Blackberry/Q users
probably wouldn't find that very useful, and then there's the matter of
people who might object to having their sigs stripped out from the
mobile version of the list.
