I'm glad everyone else pitched in to explain it. IMO, for best results
on this list:
 * Trim and quote
 * Spell check
 * Don't post HTML
 * Trim some more

I don't want it to seem like it's a lecture, but on the other hand,
these things were explained to me long ago, and it needs to get passed
on somehow, underlining Mike's comment that each list has its own ways
which trump the netiquette defaults passed down from the before time, in
the long long ago (usenet).
