I have a Ultra 5 with a 336mhz CPU, 256meg of ram, 4 gig harddrive, new 
keyboard/mouse, 17" monitor, + a SunPCI card (AMD 300mhz CPU and 128 of 
ram.  Allows a person to run Windows or Linux/BSD in a solaris window, or 
with an external monitor).

Cheap?  Depends on your definition.  $700 pick up in Jersey City.  First 
offer, first sold :)
