  keep our systems running smoothly. Rather than looking for any
  specific experience in a field or program, we’ve found that our
  problems require solutions that are too diverse to expect any one
  candidate to already have experience solving all of them. Instead,

  tinkering with all sorts of technologies, both with software, and
