* Description: Mid Developer-J2EE/OOAD Object Oriented Analysis and
  Design, J2EE, JDBC, XML, Some Swing (2 of the 3 resources),
  Rational AD

  Developers are responsible for the planning, migration and maintenance
  of J2EE Code base, as well as providing inputs for test script
  preparation.

* Required Skills: Must have a deep working knowledge of J2EE, Swing,
  and Rational AD language

   Responsibilities include:
   o Ability to work in a large team environment
   o Ability to code, unit test and migrate J2EE application software
   o Excellent analytical and process skills
   o Ability to work in an intense, dynamic, and multi-tasking
     environment, while being sensitive to deadlines
   o Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a changing environment
   o Ability to identify and manage issues and escalations
   o Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal
     skills
   o Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge
   o Ability to understand and execute Client Processes and Methodology
   o Track, document, and communicate work status to the Applications
     Manager
   o Document and research any issues and concerns and escalate, when
     appropriate
   o Demonstrate ability to stay current with state of the art trends in
     field of expertise
   o Manage priorities with a Customer focus so that Customer affecting
     problems and issues are given first priority

   Qualification:
   o Significant experience in large J2EE application development
     projects
   o Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
   o Proficiency in designing and developing in the Java programming
     language
   o Proficiency in designing and developing Java Server Pages (JSP)
   o Proficiency in designing and developing Servlets
   o Proficiency in designing and developing Java Database Connectivity
     (JDBC)
   o Proficiency in designing and developing eXtensible Markup Language
    (XML)
   o Familiarity with Rational Application Developer
   o Familiarity with DB2
   o Experience with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)
   o Understanding configuration management procedures utilizing
     Rational Clearcase
   o Experience integrating 3rd Party APIs

   Must have expert knowledge of:
   o Object Oriented Analysis and Design
   o J2EE
   o JDBC
   o XML
   o Some Swing (2 of the 3 resources)
   o Rational AD

   Should have limited previous exposure to:
   o Websphere, Change Mgt (clear case), MQ-Series
   o HATS (1 of the 3 resources)
   o Good presentation and writing skills

   Education Requirements:
   o 4 year college degree
   o Java certification, a plus
