* Description: We are a new startup that is about to launch in the social 
web (Web 2.0) space. We are looking for a sys admin or a director of IT 
(hands on even once we grow the team). We are a linux based shop, currently 
with 4 computers. Obviously we'll be ramping up to significantly more (I 
expect 20+ in the short term). As for other technology decisions, that is 
all up to you. Note: We are in the process of raising funds--we have 
interest, but lawyer et al means we'll probably 6-12 weeks from having cash 
in the bank--so we are currently hiring people as part time contractors or 
people willing to work for deffered compensation and/or equity for the next
