Tonight, the Python workshop will meet at the NY Public Library, Hudson Park branch, 66 Leroy St.  Calendar of future workshop dates and directions are at http://tighturl.com/fp

Tonight, we will be discussing Python, and with Peter missing the next several meetings, we will probably be focusing on beginners and those seeking to learn Python.

Those wishing to help develop the new NYLUG web site in Django are also strongly encouraged to attend.

Notebook computers are very helpful to have, but aren't strictly necessary.

Beginners should download and/or print out a copy of Mark Pilgrim's free text, Dive Into Python, which can be obtained from http://diveintopython.org as HTML and PDF.
