I'm hoping we can settle on an agreeable where and time soon enough to
give it a go for next week.

I realize that it's going to be impossible to find anything that's
perfect for everyone, but I'm sure we'll figure out something.  Although
having one regular place to meet has some benefits, for the sake of
inclusion, we could also try picking a small number of geographically
diverse places.  That could be a problem also if the group grows too
large. We'll see how it goes.

First time should be interesting!
