[NYLUG-Lunch] NYLUG NY Linux Consultants Lunch Group

Briefly,

Three months delayed, the NY Linux Consultants Lunch Group will soon be
meeting at an undisclosed location somewhere in the Manhattan area.

If you work as a consultant, or are looking for work as a consultant, we
hope this group will be useful to you.

Taking inspiration from the group in California, we're hoping to provide
a monthly networking event where consultants get together and those who
are looking for work connect with those who have too much work, exchange
ideas, discuss problems, and have a meal not in front of a computer
screen.

We are looking for a place, or perhaps a small number of places to meet
and eat.  The ideal location would be happy to have a small group of
semi-regulars, an affordable lunch menu, and would be dietarily
agreeable to the most number of people possible.  Being able to hear
each other speak would be a major consideration also.

The will begin meeting the third Wednesday of the month, as soon as a
location and time have been settled upon.   The day could be changed
also, but having it on the same day as the NYLUG general meeting seems
to have some synergy.
